  • 23 roasted jalapenos (sliced)
  • Butter (for grilling)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer cheese and sliced roasted jalapenos on top.
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Notes
