- 1 pound spicy sausage
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, well drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a large skillet, drain excess fat
- Drain Rotel tomatoes using a fine-mesh strainer
- Mix cooked sausage, drained tomatoes, and cream cheese
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles
- Place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle
- Roll up crescents and place on baking sheet
- Bake until golden brown
