- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted and creamy.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
Notes
Consider adding red pepper flakes for a hint of heat or mixing in different vegetables for added flavor.
