Description

A comforting bowl of pasta that combines tender rotisserie chicken, fresh broccoli, and a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.

Notes

Consider adding red pepper flakes for a hint of heat or mixing in different vegetables for added flavor.
