Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the fresh sage leaves and cook until the butter is browned and fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sage butter.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
