- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the onion and garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the heavy cream over the top, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
Notes
For a crispy top, broil the dish for a few minutes after baking. Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices for an extra layer of flavor.
