Ingredients

- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro (optional)

- Juice of 1 lime
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Use an immersion blender, food processor, or regular blender to puree until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or heat as desired.
- For best flavor, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Stir and drizzle generously over tacos.
