- 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
- 3 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes
- Remove sausage and set aside
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft
- Add garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
- Return sausage to skillet and heat through
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot
