Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to pizza dough instructions
  2. Sauté sliced onions and peppers until softened
  3. Cook thinly sliced beef until browned
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle
  5. Layer cheese, meat, and vegetables
  6. Roll into a cylinder shape and seal edges
  7. Brush with egg wash
  8. Bake until golden brown
