Description
A delicious homemade cheesesteak stromboli filled with thinly sliced beef, melted cheese, and sautéed vegetables, all wrapped in pizza dough.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ribeye or sirloin beef, thinly sliced
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza dough instructions
- Sauté sliced onions and peppers until softened
- Cook thinly sliced beef until browned
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle
- Layer cheese, meat, and vegetables
- Roll into a cylinder shape and seal edges
- Brush with egg wash
- Bake until golden brown

- Freezes well for up to 2 months
- Slice meat very thinly across the grain
