- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sliced bell pepper, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha, mixing well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
