- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture. Allow them to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the quinoa according to package instructions.

- Add the marinated chicken breasts to the baking sheet with the vegetables.
