- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli, and asparagus. Pour the melted garlic butter over the mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, mixing to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
