  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli, and asparagus. Pour the melted garlic butter over the mixture.
