Ingredients
Scale
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 recipe bang bang sauce (or 1 cup store-bought)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Apply the seasoning mixture evenly to the chicken.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, add the chicken thighs.
- Cook the chicken for 5 minutes before flipping.

- Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate; tent to keep warm.
- Pour the bang bang sauce into the skillet, stirring and scraping up the flavorful brown bits from the bottom. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, coating each piece with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
Ensure your chicken is at room temperature before cooking for even results. Do not overcrowd the skillet for proper browning.
