Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the beef chuck roast and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, celery, beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the slow cooker and stir well.
- Once the noodles are cooked, shred the beef in the broth.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Choose good-quality beef chuck roast for better flavor. Additional vegetables or herbs can be added for variety.
