- 1 package egg noodles

- 3 cups beef broth

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the beef roast and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and mushrooms.
- Pour in the beef broth and cream of mushroom soup.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Shred the beef in the slow cooker, stir everything together, and serve over the noodles.
