  • Onion Soup Mix: 1 packet
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder: to taste
  • Egg Noodles: 12 oz
  • Optional Garnishes: Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before placing it in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce; stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Approximately 30 minutes before the beef finishes cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
  6. After the beef has cooked, shred it in the slow cooker using tongs or forks and mix it with the broth.
  7. Add the cooked egg noodles to the slow cooker, stirring to combine everything thoroughly.
