Ingredients
- Beef Chuck Roast: 2-3 lbs
- Beef Broth: 4 cups
- Onion Soup Mix: 1 packet
- Worcestershire Sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder: to taste
- Egg Noodles: 12 oz
- Optional Garnishes: Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the chuck roast liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before placing it in the slow cooker.
- Pour in the beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce; stir gently to combine.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Approximately 30 minutes before the beef finishes cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
- After the beef has cooked, shred it in the slow cooker using tongs or forks and mix it with the broth.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the slow cooker, stirring to combine everything thoroughly.
- Let it warm through for 10-15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
