- 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and shred it with two forks, then return it to the slow cooker.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, then add them to the slow cooker.
- Stir in frozen peas if using, and let sit for an additional 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sear the beef chuck roast before slow cooking and consider adding herbs like smoked paprika for variation.
