- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving

Instructions
- Cut the steak into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
- In the slow cooker, combine steak, mushrooms, onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Stir in Greek yogurt before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
