- 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin, cubed
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season & Combine: Toss beef chunks with salt, pepper, onion powder, and thyme. Place in the slow cooker with the halved potatoes.
- Mix the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a bowl, stir together melted butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are soft.
- Garnish & Serve: Stir gently before serving. Top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
