Instructions

  3. If using a saucepan, transfer the mixture to a bowl after melting. If using the microwave, add the granulated sugar and brown sugar directly into the bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, whisking until everything comes together.
  5. Gradually whisk in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until the mixture is smooth with no visible flour.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chunks to give your brownies that delightful texture.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness. The toothpick should come out with a few wet crumbs.
