- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 graham cracker sheet (crushed)
- 1 small handful chocolate chips
- 1 small handful marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, baking soda, milk, and half of the crushed graham cracker sheet in a bowl.
- Add in the chocolate chips and marshmallows, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish.
- Top with the remaining half of the graham cracker sheet along with a couple more marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Notes
Allow the dish to cool slightly before serving for better texture. Experiment with different types of milk for variation.
