- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon water
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut into squares or circles.
- In a bowl, mix the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pie crust piece.
- Fold the crust over to form a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
- Beat the egg with the water and brush the mixture over the top of each hand pie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
Use a mix of dark and milk chocolate chips for a richer flavor. Consider adding a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top for presentation.
