- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, whisking to remove lumps.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is heated through and gravy has thickened.
- Serve hot, smothered in gravy.
