Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, whisking to remove lumps.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is heated through and gravy has thickened.
  8. Serve hot, smothered in gravy.
