  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, for topping (50g)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for topping (2g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until creamy.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  7. Stir in the mashed bananas and yogurt until well combined.
  8. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  10. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  11. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
  12. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  13. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  14. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
