  • Instant yeast, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (9 grams)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and instant yeast.
  2. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk to the flour mixture.
  3. Mix the ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough back into the bowl and cover it with a clean cloth.
  6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  7. Punch down the dough to release the air.
