Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and instant yeast.
- Gradually add sweetened condensed milk to the flour mixture.
- Mix the ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough back into the bowl and cover it with a clean cloth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- Punch down the dough to release the air.
