  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cottage cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
