Description

A delicious and creamy chicken dish featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a rich sour cream and onion sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and onion soup mix together.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the sour cream mixture to the pan.
  6. Stir well to coat the chicken in the sauce and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken with the sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
