- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
- Add chopped egg, celery, red onion, and pickle relish. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If using, fold in chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
