- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt by whisking them together. Set this mixture aside.
- In a separate bowl, blend the eggs, sugars, oil, and vanilla until well combined. Gradually incorporate this wet mixture into the dry ingredients, noting that the resulting batter will be thick and require effort to mix.
