Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 1 pound mussels or clams
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 quarts water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and minced garlic.
  2. Add potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain the seafood and vegetables, pouring them onto a large serving platter.
  6. Drizzle everything with melted butter and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
