- 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 pound mussels or clams
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and minced garlic.
- Add potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the seafood and vegetables, pouring them onto a large serving platter.
- Drizzle everything with melted butter and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
