- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red chili, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Increase heat to high and add beef mince, cooking until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
Notes
Adjust the heat level by removing seeds from the chili or reducing chili paste for a milder flavor. You can also include other vegetables for added crunch.
