- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet. Toss to combine and ensure everything is coated in the sauce.
- If desired, add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
