Instructions
- If using chicken breast instead of thighs, adjust cooking time accordingly
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
- For slow cooker method: combine ingredients except cornstarch and cook on low for 4-5 hours
- Remove chicken and thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry
- Recombine and serve
