- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 pound spicy tuna
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

- Nori sheets

Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar with a pinch of salt and sugar, then fold into cooked rice. Let cool.
- Prepare spicy tuna by mixing tuna with mayonnaise and Sriracha.
- On a bamboo mat, place a nori sheet and spread a thin layer of rice over it.
- Add a line of the spicy tuna mixture and slices of avocado.
- Roll tightly using the bamboo mat, then slice into pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
