  • 1/2 cup (75 g) green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  7. Arrange sliced black olives in a web-like pattern on top of the cheese.
  8. Distribute sliced mushrooms evenly across the pizza.
