Ingredients
- Fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- Shredded cheese
- Cream cheese
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, and seasonings
- Form cheese circles on parchment paper
- Add spinach mixture to center of each cheese circle
- Bake until crispy
- Let cool completely before removing from parchment
Notes
- Can be made in an air fryer at 350°F for 4-5 minutes
- Add cayenne pepper or chopped jalapeño for extra spice

- If using frozen spinach, squeeze out ALL excess moisture
