Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter

- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Serve the pasta topped with sliced steak and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For best results, allow the steak to rest before slicing and use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
