Description

A rich and creamy Steak Alfredo Pasta featuring tender steak and luscious fettuccine, perfect for festive dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak on both sides until cooked to your liking, approximately 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve the pasta topped with sliced steak and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, allow the steak to rest before slicing and use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
