- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 pound of steak, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Allow steak to rest before slicing to preserve juices. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
