Description

Indulgent creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak and rich Parmesan Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of spaghetti
  • 1 pound of steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Allow steak to rest before slicing to preserve juices. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
