- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let the steak rest before slicing it thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and feta cheese.
