- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 8 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
- 4 oz Boursin cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the Boursin cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and coats the pasta.
- Slice the steak and serve it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
