Description

A comforting and elegant dish featuring fettuccine pasta, succulent steak, and creamy Boursin cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 8 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the Boursin cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and coats the pasta.
  5. Slice the steak and serve it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality steak for the best flavor and experiment with different Boursin cheese flavors or other cheeses as desired.
