Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 lb steak, such as ribeye or sirloin

- Slice the steak into strips and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check steak doneness: aim for 130°F for medium-rare. Customize with additional vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
