Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the steaks and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the onions, then slowly stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until gravy thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk in the butter until melted.
- Serve the steaks topped with the gravy.
Notes
For extra gravy, consider doubling the sauce ingredients while cooking the steak. Use fresh ingredients for best results.
