Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the steaks and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  6. Sprinkle flour over the onions, then slowly stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Bring to a simmer and cook until gravy thickens, about 5 minutes.
  8. Whisk in the butter until melted.

Notes

For extra gravy, consider doubling the sauce ingredients while cooking the steak. Use fresh ingredients for best results.
