Instructions
- Prepare a tray by covering it with wax paper. Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a shallow dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract, blending until the texture is creamy. Transfer this mixture into a piping bag equipped with a large round nozzle.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully carve out a cone shape from the top of each strawberry, creating a small cavity. Fill each strawberry with approximately 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture, allowing a bit of the filling to extend beyond the top. Turn each strawberry upside down and roll the exposed filling in the crumbs so it gets coated.
