- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture and 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly. Seal the edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in a deep pan or fryer.
- Carefully fry the egg rolls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
