  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, butter, and egg. Knead until smooth dough forms.
  3. Let dough rise in warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare strawberry filling by cooking strawberries with brown sugar.
  5. Roll out dough, spread filling, and roll into log.
  6. Cut into 12 rolls and let rise again.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
