- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Optional: freeze-dried strawberry powder for extra flavor
Instructions
- Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature.
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Chop strawberries finely and press out excess moisture with paper towels.
- Gradually add powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and vanilla extract.
- Add salt and mix until fully incorporated.
- If desired, chill for 30 minutes before piping.
Notes
- For stronger flavor, add freeze-dried strawberry powder.
- Can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Let come to room temperature before using.
- For vegan version, use plant-based cream cheese and butter with 1 tsp lemon juice.
