Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen strawberries
- Fresh or frozen rhubarb stalks
- Cornstarch
- Sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the fruit filling by combining strawberries and rhubarb
- Add sugar and cornstarch to the fruit mixture
- Make the cobbler topping by combining dry ingredients
- Cut in butter and add milk to form the biscuit dough
- Top fruit mixture with dollops of biscuit dough
- Bake until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling
Notes
- If using frozen fruit, add an extra tablespoon of cornstarch
- Choose firm, crisp rhubarb stalks with shiny skin
- Remove and discard all rhubarb leaves as they are toxic
