Ingredients
- Cabbage leaves
- Ground meat (beef or turkey)
- Cooked rice
- Onion (chopped)
- Garlic (minced)
- Tomato sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, cooked rice, sautéed onion, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water until soft, then cool.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides.
- Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish, seam side down.
- Cover with tomato sauce and bake for about 45 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
