Delicious stuffed flatbreads filled with a savory mix of vegetables, eggs, and spices, perfect for sharing and enjoying with loved ones.
Ingredients

- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- A generous pinch of Salt
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Lukewarm Water (as required)
- A little Ghee (for smearing)
- Dry Flour (for dusting)
- Oil (for frying)
- 4 Eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup Carrots, julienne
- 1 cup Onion, sliced
- 2 Green chilies, chopped
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- A generous pinch of Chaat masala
- A generous pinch of Black salt
- 8 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp Green chili chutney
Instructions
- Mix the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of ghee together in a bowl until crumbly.
- Gradually add lukewarm water until you form a soft, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- For the filling, beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in salt, cucumber, carrots, onion, green chilies, lemon juice, chaat masala, and black salt until well combined.
- Roll out the resting dough into small circles, then place the egg mixture in the center of each circle.
- Seal the edges of the dough around the filling to create a pocket.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the filled flatbreads until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chili chutney.
Notes
Allow the dough to rest adequately for best results. Experiment with different vegetable fillings and spices to customize flavors.
