Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Sundried tomatoes
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in sundried tomatoes and fresh spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and add dried herbs, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
