Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • Fresh oranges (for juice and zest)
  • All-purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Butter (room temperature)
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • For glaze: Powdered sugar and orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare cake pan
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and Greek yogurt
  6. Add orange zest and juice
  7. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean
